Requirements:
  • Male/Female min.25 years old
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Diploma from Marketing & communication, journalism, English or a related field from an accredited college or University.

  • The candidate should understand how to develop and implement business strategies or market business
  • Analyze data and come up with information and actionable plans to grow a business
  • Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.
  • Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.
  • Develops and recommends pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run.
  • Achieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and share of market performance in relation to pre-set standards and to general and specific trends within the industry and the economy.
  • Evaluates market reactions to advertising programs, merchandising policy

Diantar pacar atau mama
Percayalah, hal ini sering terjadi. Bukan satu-dua kali saya mendengar bahkan melihat sendiri kejadian seperti ini. Melamar kerja menunjukkan Anda mulai belajar sebagai pribadi yang mandiri. Berusaha mencari perkembangan karier dan penghasilan sendiri. Pada saat wawancara kerja kedewasaan dan profesionalitas Anda juga akan dinilai.

Membawa pacar atau mama pada saat wawancara kerja (ada yang ikut menunggu bersama di ruang tunggu bahkan tak sedikit yang terlihat mesra dengan pacar) menimbulkan kesan Anda tak bisa berdiri sendiri dan tergantung pada orang lain.

Pikirkan kembali, citra atau pesan apa yang ingin Anda sampaikan? Pada satu kesempatan saya bahkan melihat sang pacar dengan cueknya ikut masuk ke ruangan wawancara. Meminta ditemani atau diantar bisa jadi tak ada salahnya. Tapi usahakan agar mama atau sang pacar bisa menunggu di tempat lain. Datanglah sendiri dengan percaya diri dan tampilkan kesan profesional yang bisa diandalkan agar menimbulkan poin positif. Siapa sih yang ingin mempekerjakan anak manja?

Buta informasi
Ini kesalahan umum yang sering dilakukan anak baru lulus. Saking semangatnya, lamaran ditebar ke mana-mana. Begitu ada panggilan, bisa jadi Anda sudah tak ingat lagi perusahaan apa yang memanggil Anda. Konyolnya lagi, hal ini kemudian ditanyakan kepada si pewawancara. "Maaf ini perusahaan apa ya?" "Maaf saya lupa saya melamar di posisi apa ya di sini?"

Waakkwaw! Nilai Anda akan langsung turun ratusan poin. Hello! Anda seharusnya sudah akrab dengan yang namanya internet. Saat dihubungi untuk wawancara kerja, pastikan Anda mengetahui pasti nama perusahaan dan untuk posisi apa Anda dipanggil. Setelah itu, gunakan mesin pencari.

Buta informasi soal perusahaan dan posisi yang dilamar menunjukkan Anda orang yang tidak maksimal dalam melakukan sesuatu dan tidak memperhatikan detail. Hal tersebut juga menunjukkan kurang penghargaan Anda pada perusahaan yang memberi Anda kesempatan kerja.

Miss Ring-ring
Ponsel Anda bolak-balik berbunyi saat wawancara kerja. Pesan singkat sampai telepon masuk mewarnai proses wawancara Anda. Percayalah, pewawancara Anda akan merasa terganggu dan tak dihargai. Anda pun tidak fokus. Anda akan dianggap sebagai orang yang kurang bisa menghargai orang lain dan sulit fokus pada hal penting.

Pada saat memasuki ruang wawancara masukkan ponsel dan gadget ke dalam tas. Fokus pada pewawancara dan pertanyaannya. Tak perlu sesekali merogoh kantong untuk memeriksa pesan yang masuk. Anda akan terlihat tak punya etika, meremehkan dan tidak menghargai si pewawancara. Memberi kabar pada pacar atau orang tua bisa menunggu sampai proses wawancara selesai. Jika Anda sedang menunggu kabar yang super duper penting sampai tak bisa menyimpan ponsel pastikan Anda mengomunikasikannya dengan si pewawancara. Jika ia tetap tak mengizinkan maka Anda sebaiknya hormati keputusannya.

Makan permen karet
Napas segar yang didapat setelah mengunyah permen karet memang bisa pendukung penampilan. Tapi sebelum Anda masuk ke kantor pewawancara sebaiknya buang permen karet Anda. Kesan apa yang ingin Anda tampilkan dengan berbicara sambil mengunyah permen karet? Walau perusahaan yang Anda lamar bersifat santai tentu tak ada salahnya menghargai si pewawancara dengan tampil sebaik mungkin.

Selain mengunyah permen karet, menggoyang-goyangkan kaki, terus menatap ke bawah, tak melihat mata si pewawancara, bahkan menguap pada saat wawancara merupakan beberapa bahasa tubuh yang perlu Anda hindari. Datang terlambat
Ini merupakan kesalahan paling umum. Tepat waktu atau tidaknya Anda menunjukkan seberapa besar Anda menghargai kesempatan yang diberikan. Macet merupakan lagu lama yang tak perlu Anda nyanyikan. Kecuali terjadi musibah besar seperti banjir pekan lalu, ada banyak cara menghindari macet misalnya dengan berangkat lebih awal atau menggunakan moda transportasi tertentu.

Tersasar? Sebagai calon pelamar yang baik, jika Anda tidak familiar dengan daerah kantor tempat wawancara, sebaiknya lakukan survei sebelum hari-H. Alasan nyasar justru akan membuat Anda terlihat seperti orang yang kurang persiapan.

Jika Anda tahu akan terlambat dari beberapa waktu sebelumnya sebaiknya hubungi pihak pewawancara dan bicarakan situasi Anda. Apakah memungkinkan ia untuk menunggu atau perlu dijadwalkan ulang. Sering kali pewawancara Anda adalah orang dengan jadwal yang padat dan penting. Jangan pernah meremehkan situasi seperti ini jika berniat mendapatkan pekerjaan dari perusahaan tersebut.
